Our in-house capabilities include braided wire manufacturing, winding and braiding, extruding, induction brazing, and mirror polishing to support our manufacturing of control cables, hydraulic brake lines, fuel and oil lines, and ignition wire kits. Our dedication to Commitment to Quality requires the following practices to insure our customer's total satisfaction.

Our winding and braiding department can braid a wide assortment of materials and constructions to meet our customer's varied specifications for the highest quality cables and lines. We have the ability to braid any type of wire such as Sterling Chromite®, Black Pearl®, Polished Stainless, standard stainless steel, Nylon, Kevlar™ and etc. over cable conduit, lines, and hoses. All processes and formulations for the manufacture of our specialty wires are are conducted in-house to insure cosmetic uniformity.

All braided control cable conduits, brake line hoses, fuel hoses, ignition wires, and all other specialty braided products we manufacture in-house are all coated in a clear protective jacket of Teflon® or PVC. Using the latest technology and specialized tooling, our extruding department maintains exacting specifications to create continuity among all our products.
